tofu
If you are on a diet ( I should ) this delicious food is perfect. I always buy the 2 kinds of tofu's. The firm type called " momendofu " is good for cooking like the madodofu from my previous post. While the soft one is best eaten cold and raw. Top it with sliced leeks and grated ginger, and just before you eat it drizzle with soy sauce. uhmmm, very oishi !

Is that so? I think not! soya is very popular health food and drink here in japan. And japanese people have the longest life expectancy in the world so I would trust them.
